Ed is our authority in Employer Branding.

His days in EB (also his initials...) goes back to 1987 and it was love on first sight. His entire professional life is devoted to the EB industry. He first established Job Company (TBWA), then worked in New York and London for TMP Worldwide, but found his love of life when he set up Maximum Employment Marketing Group in 1999.

Nike, HP, Microsoft, Shell, Philips, KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Novartis, are just a few of the global brands for whom Ed was involved in both employer branding strategies and creative concept development.

With a passion for China, Ed introduced western methodologies for employer branding to China in 2007 and now spends about half of his time in China.
